For as long as I can remember I have wanted to help others on their journey. Through my own struggles and healing work, I've always loved sharing my story and reminding others that despite their circumstances they too can be vulnerable while authentically showing up and making the active choice to change their victim mindset and take complete control of their own lives.
I am a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and spiritual life coach offering group exercise classes, 1 on 1 personal training, life coaching sessions and a wide range of workshops. This program will be designed with your unique goals, needs, and preferences in mind beginning with a comprehensive assessment to understand your current fitness level, lifestyle, and aspirations. Based on this we craft a tailored plan that integrates various elements of fitness.
